Dr. Emma Apatu is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Health at the University of North Florida. Dr. Apatu earned her doctorate in community health at East Tennessee State University and master’s degree in public health from Emory University. Dr. Apatu’s current research focuses on community-centered research approaches to address health disparities and public health nutrition among underserved groups.
