The Research Group on Equity and Inclusion in Health Care (REIH) focuses on

  • Health and well-being of underrepresented minority, women, disabled and obese members of the health care workforce
  • Equity and quality of health care encounters and clinical decision-making

Medical Student Cognitive Habits and Growth Evaluation Study (CHANGES)

The REIH, in collaboration with Yale University and the University of Minnesota, is conducting a national study on environment and training in 49 medical schools, and how student attitudes and well-being change over time.
